OneHome products fall into several categories:
OneHome PowerBricks provide storage and a platform for the OneHome software.
OneHome Network Components include the equipment and enclosures needed to complete a proper installation of the home network and the OneHome system.
OneHome System Software resides on the PowerBrick and interacts with the various sub-systems in the home. It provides the framework that enables the OneHome interface for users in the house or connected over the Internet.
Touch Screens and Viewer Software provide the user interface to the OneHome system on touch screens, wireless tablets, PocketPCs, computers in the house and computers connected to the Internet.
OneHome Integration Hardware includes bridges and adapters to enable communications from your individual sub-systems to the OneHome system.
EdgeBricks are cost effective and upgradeable controllers that deliver the OneHome interface for a single sub-system such as climate or lighting.
Subscription Services include telephone support, software upgrades, and remote access to your home over the Internet.

EdgeBrick Solution
For an entry level system, start with the EdgeBrick connected to climate or lighting. With its own built in control software and web server, the EdgeBrick interfaces to compatible climate and lighting systems and delivers a powerful and easy-to-use interface to all of your thermostats or lights. The EdgeBrick is easy to install, and provides access from any computer in the house as well as remote access over the Internet.
PowerBrick Solution
For a more complete whole-house solution, start with the HomeBrick, the System Enclosure and the Network Assembly. Together these provide a robust home network as well as a solid foundation for a OneHome system.Then, select the system tabs to provide the access for each sub-system in the house, keeping in mind that the Home Tab is already included with the HomeBrick. Finally, choose your preferred interfaces. For example, an In-Wall Touch Screen in the kitchen or master bedroom for convenient access, and a Wireless Tablet in the family room for relaxing and enjoying some music.
