| Nick McCulloch
Founder and President
Nick is responsible for the financial management of the company, job estimating and leading the company’s sales efforts. Nick manages relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers for the company but also spends considerable time with new and prospective clients, educating them about technology, trends and options available for their specific projects. Nick started his career in residential automation in 1996 as a sales associate for a successful home theater company in greater Atlanta. After only 18 months Nick was the top salesperson in the company, and had created a large client roster. Disappointed with the service the company was providing to his clients, Nick decided to open his open company where customer service would be the top priority. Since then he has led Link Your House to double digit growth for five years in a row and four years as an HAI 5-Star Dealer.

| Frank DeFilippis
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Frank leads the company’s marketing, sales development and strategic partnership efforts. Frank consults with customers early in the sales cycle to ensure that the best technology solutions are considered for the lifestyle of the client and his or her family.
A growing list of Frank's projects have received Industry recognition including:
· The 2005 DigiCon Award for Residential Systems Integration
· The 2006 Embedded Automation “Digital Home of the Year” ward
· The 2007 Innovative Housing Technology Award (IHTA)
· The 2007 “Mark of Excellence” Award presented by the TechHome Division of the Consumer Electronics Association. · The 2009 “Mark of Excellence” Award presented by the TechHome Division of the Consumer Electronics Association.
Frank pulls from over 15 years of technology marketing experience, which has included executive management with an enterprise software startup in Silicon Valley, two media companies in New York and marketing and engineering posts with Apple Computer, Inc.
Frank holds dual degrees in BioMedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University. |
| Chris Patterson
Senior IT Manager
Chris is responsible for managing all new technologies in the Windows and computer/PC environment. He got his start with Home Automation in 2004 with a company located in Alpharetta and has since followed the industry very closely. Chris is also the lead installer and programmer at Link Your House and has experience in all the top automation systems (AMX/Crestron/HomeLogic). He expands his knowledge daily with the Media Center experience and new plug-ins and add-ons for the interface to further expand the use of the OS.
Link Your House welcomes Chris' experience to add value to their fast-growing and ever-expanding field of home automation and home theater business.
Chris attended Chattahoochee Technical Institute, and is constantly exploring new developments in technology.
